Sneha Tope
Senior Director – Head of HR, India
Sneha is Head of Human resources and a Director of Tenerity India.
She has a core expertise in building organizational culture, team leadership, planning and people strategy built during a successful career of 10 years.
Sneha joined Tenerity India in Nov 2012 and held various positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure. At Tenerity India, she is responsible for building HR capabilities, recruitment, driving organization change initiatives, business partnering, compensation and benefits, talent management, along with delivering solutions in various functional areas.
Sneha is a graduate in engineering from Pune university and earned her MBA in Human resources from Indira Institute of Management, Pune. Apart from work, she enjoys traveling, exploring DIYs, playing all kinds of sports, and sketching.
Harshal Bhamburkar
Senior Director – Head of Delivery
Harshal Bhamburkar is the Head of Delivery for GCE at Tenerity. In is current role he leads Product Delivery for the GCE business and is responsible for building consistent and predictable delivery practices across the organization.
He has more than 22 years of experience and has held leadership positions in IT Services, Consultancy, Product Engineering and Delivery Domains. Prior to working at Tenerity Harshal has worked in organizations like Whirlpool, John Deere, Wipro, Hexaware and Ness Digital. Harshal has completed his engineering in Computer Technology from Mumbai University and recently completed executive MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. When he is not working, he enjoys watching movies, cricket, and meeting friends.
Abhishek Jain
Director – Head of Cloud Engineering
Abhishek, as the Head of Cloud Platform and Security, is responsible for the overall cloud strategies, platform enhancements and security. Having been with the organization for around 5 years, Abhishek has learned, adopted and preached about some of best strategies in managing multi-account cloud platforms with efficiency. He is of the mindset of doing the “right thing the right way”. Focused on building a devops culture within the organization, he advocates the devops practices and emphasizes on building ownership within the teams. In his free time, he loves travelling and try different cuisines.
Prathamesh Ausekar
Director – Head of Quality Engineering
“Prathamesh Ausekar is the Head of QA at Tenerity. Prathamesh is passionate about People and Technology. In his current role he is responsible for Product Quality Engineering, Automation and Performance.
Prathamesh is a seasoned industry leader having 18 years of experience in Managing Quality Engineering for Global Product Engineering Organizations and has worked on key leadership positions. Prior to working at Tenerity Prathamesh has worked in organizations like Pattern, Entrata, Xoriant etc., Prathamesh has completed his engineering from Pune University. When he is not working, he enjoys watching movies, playing cricket, and spending time with family.”
Abhishek Chowdhury
Director – Head of Finance, India
Abhishek is the Head of Finance of Tenerity India In his current role, Abhishek oversees all the aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory, financial risk management and financial reporting. Prior to joining Tenerity – he has worked with Merkle Sokrati and KPMG India. He has more than 12 years of combined experience in industry and public accounting. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has done his graduation in accounting from Pune University. He loves travelling and being outdoors.

Loic Blondel
Director
Loïc, as Tenerity’s Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategic vison for its technology and products ecosystem. From ideation to launch, Loïc drives the group’s Product proposition, product engineering, innovation, and D&A strategy. Based in Switzerland, he leads a team of passionate technologists based in the US, Europe and India. Loïc developed a proprietary cloud platform to rapidly deploy clients, automate the onboarding of content and end users, and deliver a profitable and sustainable revenue stream. He joined the company in 2007, after working in the music and radio industry. His first steps in the tech industry were as an entrepreneur founding a company specialized in algorithms. Loïc loves big challenges and developing creative and efficient solutions focused on driving business outcomes.
