Gaurav Pal
Country Head and VP Engineering
Gaurav Pal is the Country Head and VP of Engineering at Tenerity India. He leads the operations initiatives and oversees the technical centre. With his strong expertise in R&D, site leadership, and customer-facing roles across global, multi-site, and multicultural environments, Gaurav is well-positioned to strengthen our regional presence and build our GCE in Pune. He also plays a pivotal role in leading our engineering team and shaping our strategy for the next phase of growth.
Gaurav brings a wealth of experience from Community Brands, a leading provider of cloud-based software for associations and nonprofits. Over nearly twenty years, Gaurav held several senior and leadership roles, most recently serving as VP of R&D and Site Manager in Pune, India.
Gaurav completed an MS in computer Science and Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his MBA from Santa Clara University. On a personal note, Gaurav enjoys traveling with his family, loves music, and is learning to play the guitar. He is interested in history and has read much of the new retelling of Indian history and mythology.
Harshal Bhamburkar
Senior Director – Head of Delivery
Harshal Bhamburkar is the Head of Delivery for GCE at Tenerity. In is current role he leads Product Delivery for the GCE business and is responsible for building consistent and predictable delivery practices across the organization.
He has more than 22 years of experience and has held leadership positions in IT Services, Consultancy, Product Engineering and Delivery Domains. Prior to working at Tenerity Harshal has worked in organizations like Whirlpool, John Deere, Wipro, Hexaware and Ness Digital. Harshal has completed his engineering in Computer Technology from Mumbai University and recently completed executive MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. When he is not working, he enjoys watching movies, cricket, and meeting friends.
Sagar Saibi
Head of Product Management
Sagar Saibi is the Head of Product Management at Tenerity. He is responsible for driving product development across all Tenerity product lines.
He has 18+ years of experience. He has worked in product companies like Avaya, Symantec, IBM etc. Experienced leader with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful product strategies that drive business growth. Passionate about user-centric design and leveraging data to guide decision-making. In free time, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends and family.
