Greg Miller
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Greg has over 20 years of experience with Tenerity and predecessor companies. Greg joined the business in December of 1999 and held various positions of increasing responsibility and held the positions of CFO and COO until the sale of the cxLoyalty travel business, at which point he was appointed CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Tenerity.
Greg left the business for the period of 2011-2014 and was the Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Divisional Operations, for The Madison Square Garden Company with responsibility for all financial matters of its operating divisions as well as its corporate strategic and financial planning divisions.
Prior to his leadership tenure with the business, Greg held positions with Coopers & Lybrand, The Coca Cola Bottling Company of New York and Citizens Communications.

Michele Conforti
President, Managing Director International
Michele joined Tenerity in 2007, holding divisional President and CFO roles across the international business. Currently, he leads the global commercial business, where he has successfully led its expansion by driving innovation and client acquisitions that include some of the world’s largest and most respected brands in e-commerce, retail, financial institutions, and telecommunications.
Prior to Tenerity, Michele spent ten years with American Express holding various key positions including CFO of Establishment Services International. Prior to American Express, Michele also held positions with Enel as VP/Head of Finance-Investor Relations and with DHL Int’l as Controller-Business Transformation.
Michele was born in Italy, is a CPA, and holds a first-class Honors Degree in Economics & Business, MBA (Università degli Studi Federico II, I.U.N – Italy) and a post graduate Management Degree in Finance (Formez/Fiat School of Management – Italy).

Jason Hanavan
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for leading Tenerity’s global finance team to perform all finance-related activities, including Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Audit and Compliance.
With over 20 years of finance experience, Jason has held various leadership roles, including a multi-regional CFO of a $2 billion private equity-held marketing services firm and roles as the Global VP of FP&A and the Corporate Controller for marketing execution services public company InnerWorkings.
Jason started his career at Arthur Andersen and spent over 10 years at Deloitte as a CPA. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Illinois University.

Brian Fisher
General Counsel
Brian joined the organization in 2002 as a member of the Legal Department. He has held various positions within the department prior to his appointment to General Counsel in 2014. Previously, he was employed as a corporate associate at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP.
Brian holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and an A.B. degree from Harvard University.

Loïc Blondel
Chief Technology Officer, Product
Loïc, as Tenerity’s Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategic vison for its technology and products ecosystem. From ideation to launch, Loïc drives the group’s Product proposition, product engineering, innovation, and D&A strategy. Based in Switzerland, he leads a team of passionate technologists based in the US, Europe and India. Loïc developed a proprietary cloud platform to rapidly deploy clients, automate the onboarding of content and end users, and deliver a profitable and sustainable revenue stream. He joined the company in 2007, after working in the music and radio industry. His first steps in the tech industry were as an entrepreneur founding a company specialized in algorithms. Loïc loves big challenges and developing creative and efficient solutions focused on driving business outcomes.

Rich Pitrolo
Chief of staff
Rich has more than 20 years of experience in BPO operations as well as dispatch and field services. As Chief of Staff, Rich is responsible for managing and overseeing business strategic initiatives across the organization, project management, business process improvement, while providing insight and analysis on the company operations.
Prior to joining Tenerity, Rich was the Executive Vice President at Convey Health Solution, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of all global contact center operations. Prior to Convey Health Solutions, he served as president and chief executive officer at RP Associates, Inc. where he was instrumental in standardizing processes and procedures, reducing service delivery costs and increasing customer satisfaction for Bellsystem24 in Japan. He has also held senior management roles at Stream International, Inacom Corporation, Gateway 2000, and Lockheed Martin.
Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Lynn Doonan
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Lynn Doonan leads our Human Resources function.
Lynn joined the company in 1998 and was an attorney in Legal Department until 2020. Prior to joining, Lynn practiced Labor & Employment law with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Lynn is a graduate of Boston College and Harvard Law School.

Torrey Martin
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Torrey Martin leads Corporate Development, Communications and Brand. He joined the company in 2009 as the VP of M&A.
Previously, Torrey had investment banking roles with JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Navigant Capital Advisors. Additional roles included Senior Manager for AOL and as an Associate for Prescients, a corporate strategy and branding agency.
Torrey is a graduate of Lafayette College and earned his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

David Treybig
Chief Information Officer, Global Operations
David is Chief Information Officer and SVP of Global Operations for Tenerity. He is responsible for Corporate Systems, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Contact Centers, Member Operations and Facilities. He joined the organization in 2016 and held various IT positions of increasing responsibility until being appointed as CIO in 2022 and adding Global Operations in 2023.
Prior to joining Tenerity, David worked in the IT services industry holding various leadership roles at Lumen, Ciber and SWS Technologies. During this period, he worked with numerous clients in the financial, technology, retail and transportation industries across North America, Europe and Asia. David also spent 11 years as an expat in the United Kingdom with a significant focus on helping global teams work together effectively.
David is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and earned his MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Michael Iaccarino
Chairman
Michael Iaccarino has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019. Mr. Iaccarino is the Chairman and CEO of Data Axle, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies.
Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Gilbert Palter
Vice Chairman
Gilbert Palter has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019, and prior to that served as its Chairman of the Board from July 20, 2017 until May 2019. Mr. Palter is Chairman & CEO of EGADS Group, a family office investing in private and public companies and taking an active board role adding value in such areas as corporate culture, strategy, operational excellence, acquisitions and financings, and compensation. Gil is also Co-founder, Chief Investment Officer & Managing Partner of EdgeStone Capital Partners, which he built into one of Canada’s leading private equity firms, generating a 37% IRR since inception.
Prior to co-founding EdgeStone, he was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Eladdan Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private equity fund targeting middle-market Canadian and U.S. companies. He also founded Eladdan Enterprises, a boutique investment bank specializing in providing buy side mergers and acquisitions advice to Canadian and U.S. companies, particularly on cross-border acquisitions and investments. Mr. Palter has previously worked at Smith Barney, Clairvest Group Inc., McKinsey & Company, and Morgan Stanley.
Gil currently serves as Chairman of Specialty Commerce Corp., and is a member of the board of directors of Atlantic Power Corporation (NYSE:AT / TSX:ATP), Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited (TSX:SFC), and Porter Airlines Holdings Inc. He is a former Chairman of Aurigen Capital Limited, BFI Canada, BreconRidge Corporation, Continental Alloys & Services, Farley Window, Hair Club Group, and Stephenson’s Holdings Inc., and was previously a director of Alliance Films, Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Lavalife, Mitel Networks, RPX Corporation (NSDQ:RPXC), Trimaster Manufacturing, Tunnel Hill Partners, and Xantrex Technology.
Gil holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he attended on a Frank Knox Memorial Fellowship and graduated as a Baker Scholar and winner of the John L. Loeb Fellowship in Finance. He was the Gold Medalist in his graduating class at the University of Toronto where he attended on the J.W. Billes Scholarship earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics. He was a 2003 recipient of “Canada’s Top 40 Under 40” award, a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year® Award 2006 and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO Gold).

Austin Camporin
Director
Austin Camporin has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since July 20, 2017. Mr. Camporin is a Portfolio Manager at Elliott Management Corporation, a New York-based investment fund with $43 billion in assets under management. He joined Elliott in 2009, focusing primarily upon public equity and credit opportunities.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Camporin began his career at JPMorgan, first as a high-yield credit analyst and later moving to the distressed debt proprietary trading group.
Mr. Camporin is a CFA charterholder and is also co-president and founder of the Good Shepherd of Darien Foundation, co-founder of A Second Chance for Ziva dog rescue, and a member of the board of directors of Acosta Inc. He graduated summa cum laude from the College of William & Mary in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
Jason Mudrick
Director
Jason Mudrick is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Mudrick Capital Management, L.P., an investment firm that specializes in long and short investments in distressed credit. Mudrick Capital was founded in 2009 with $5 million under management. As of March 2021, the firm has grown to manage approximately $3.3 billion, primarily for institutional clients.
Jason began his Wall Street career in 2000 advising on mergers and acquisition transactions as an Associate in Merrill Lynch’s Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group. In 2001 he joined Contrarian Capital Management, where he began his focus on distressed investing. In October 2002 Jason launched the Contrarian Equity Fund, an investment vehicle focused on purchasing distressed debt that would be restructured into equity, post-bankruptcy equities and other event driven deep value special situations. As Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Contrarian, Jason grew that business to peak assets of approximately $400 million in the Contrarian Equity Fund and close to $1 billion in total assets including the positions Contrarian’s other funds co-invested along-side Jason’s fund. Jason left Contrarian in October 2008 to launch Mudrick Capital.
Jason has served on multiple creditors’ committees and served on the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies, including Safety-Kleen Holdings, Integrated Alarm Services Group, Salton, Rotech Healthcare, NJOY Holdings, Corporate Risk Holdings, Mudrick Capital Acquisition Corporation, Fieldwood Energy, Proenza Schouler, cxLoyalty and Thryv, where he is currently the Chairman of the Board. Jason also spent two years in graduate school teaching economics classes to Harvard University undergraduates. Jason has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Jason was admitted to the New York State Bar.
