Michele Conforti

Michele Conforti

President, Managing Director International

Michele joined Tenerity in 2007, holding divisional President and CFO roles across the international business. Currently, he leads the Global Customer Engagement business where he successfully led its expansion by driving innovation and client acquisitions that include some of the world’s largest and most respected brands in financial institutions, telecommunications, e-commerce and retail.

Prior to Tenerity, Michele spent ten years with American Express holding various key positions including CFO of Establishment Services International. Prior to American Express, Michele also held positions with Enel as VP/Head of Finance-Investor Relations and with DHL Int’l as Controller-Business Transformation.

Michele was born in Italy, is a CPA, and holds a first-class Honors Degree in Economics & Business, MBA (Università degli Studi Federico II, I.U.N – Italy) and a post graduate Management Degree in Finance (Formez/Fiat School of Management – Italy).

Iphigenie Fossati-Kotz

General Counsel, International

Iphigenie was appointed General Counsel of Tenerity in January 2024 having previously served as the General Counsel for International markets (EMEA and LATAM).

She joined the organization in 2012 as a member of the Legal Department. Prior to her appointment to General Counsel for International in 2015, she held various positions within the department.

Iphigenie previously worked as an associate in the Antitrust and M&A/Competition Practice at Hogan Lovells LLP.

She qualified in France and holds a French and German Master of Laws from Paris X, Humboldt Berlin and Potsdam Universities, as well as a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences-Po Paris.

Dominic West

MD Webloyalty UK & NE

Dom leads the Northern Europe business and is responsible for growth across the region and the development of our partner offerings, drawing upon a proven track record for building highly effective relationships and managing their growth.

Dom has held a number of senior marketing and account management roles. Prior to Webloyalty, he spent seven years as Group Marketing Manager at Euromoney Institutional Investor, a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index, and one of Europe’s largest online business and finance information and media companies, where he evolved the direct marketing strategy for many of Euromoney’s top financial and legal publications. Prior to that, he spearheaded a new direct marketing division at De Agostini UK, the leading partwork publisher in the UK. Joining in 2007, essentially as a start-up, Dom lead the Webloyalty team in building new client relationships and securing retention across the UK.

Simon Lanham

VP, HR International

Simon Lanham leads our International Human Resources team.

Simon joined the company in 2021 and is based in our London Office. Prior to joining, Simon was Corporate HR Director at FirstGroup and has held senior HR positions with CBRE, IBM, Grant Thornton, Ministry of Justice and Clifford Chance.

Simon graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Management Science.

Domenico Licheri

GVP Finance

Domenico joined Tenerity in 2007, holding Finance and Commercial Strategy roles across the international business. Currently he coordinates the company’s planning activities across markets and business lines, directly reporting to the CFO.

Prior to Tenerity, Domenico spent ten years with American Express leading various Finance teams across international markets in the Insurance and Personal Financial Services business lines.

Domenico was born in Italy, where he studied Economics and International Finance at Bocconi University in Milan.

Adrian Mehew

UK Country Head, Cyber and Protection

Adrian joined Tenerity in 2007, holding several roles across the organisation, including Head of Product in the UK and Head of Client Services – International. Currently, he is the Country Head of UK, Protect & Cyber, leading the commercial business for the Protect business in the UK, including the FCA-regulated products.

Before Tenerity, Adrian spent eight years with Collinson Group, holding various key positions, including Product Manager and Account Manager.

He holds an honors degree in Psychology and Social Studies.
