He leads the operations initiatives and oversees the technical centre. With his strong expertise in R&amp;D, site leadership, and customer-facing roles across global, multi-site, and multicultural environments, Gaurav is well-positioned to strengthen our regional presence and build our GCE in Pune. He also plays a pivotal role in leading our engineering team and shaping our strategy for the next phase of growth.<\/p>\n<p>Gaurav brings a wealth of experience from Community Brands, a leading provider of cloud-based software for associations and nonprofits. Over nearly twenty years, Gaurav held several senior and leadership roles, most recently serving as VP of R&amp;D and Site Manager in Pune, India.<\/p>\n<p>Gaurav completed an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his MBA from Santa Clara University. On a personal note, Gaurav enjoys traveling with his family, loves music, and is learning to play the guitar. Prior to working at Tenerity Harshal has worked in organizations like Whirlpool, John Deere, Wipro, Hexaware and Ness Digital. Harshal has completed his engineering in Computer Technology from Mumbai University and recently completed executive MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. He thrives on transforming businesses to help them achieve their full potential and currently serves as Chairman of three industry leading direct marketing companies.<\/p>\n<p>As the CEO and Chairman of Tenerity, Mike oversees the fulfillment of the company mission \u2013 to help all companies exceed their goals with powerful solutions that drive loyalty through increased customer engagement.\u00a0 Mike has been on the Tenerity Board of Directors since 2017 and Chairman since 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Tenerity, Mike has been Chairman and CEO of Data Axle, an industry leading data driven multi-channel direct marketing agency since 2011.\u00a0 Data Axle has industry leading proprietary business and consumer databases that are also used to power client products through its licensing division.<\/p>\n<p>Mike served as the President and CEO of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as a dominant mobile technology content distribution player in North America. He was CEO of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into a leading database marketing company. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership. Prior to being CEO, Mike was CFO of Epsilon and was instrumental in the spin out of the business from American Express.<\/p>\n<p>He has extensive experience in working with financial sponsors and has served as operating partner at CCMP Capital.
